Konerko for Hamels? WHIR

Please help. I'm in a shallow points league no keeper.

I'm proposing a trade, my Konerko for his Cole Hamels. The guy is being tough and wants one of my pitchers as well. He's willing to throw Prado into the mix.

My thinking is I don't mind a two for one deal. Eric Hosmer is available on WW and he can sit on my bench nicely. As is Konerko is on my bench. Here's my team:

Who should I offer with Konerko to land me Hamels? Is it worth the trade considering Konerko is on bench and I will have Zimmerman coming back?

If I offer a good pitcher I'll get Prado back, but I don't really need him I think.

I'd deal Konerko and D Hudson for Prado and Hamels - That is a very good trade for you because A, Hamels is better than Hudson by far, and B, Prado is a versatile player.

I'm in a point league. W's is 10pts, K +1 so a pitcher with high K's/9 on a good team is a boost.
