So I am trying to trade Alex Avila for either Mat Latos, Jon Lester, or Brett Anderson. Right now the offer is for Latos. I have Victor Martinez slotted in for as my catcher right now but I do use Avila at times depending on the match ups an put Martinez in my utility slot. The guy Im dealing him to has Buster Posey that is the reason I am in trading conversation with this guy. I need pitching but of those three pitchers who should I try and get from here on out? I am in a head to head league by winning categories.

With V-Mart in your pocket I would take a shot at Latos. There is zero chance you get Lester and if you can get Latos go ahead and take it, I'm surprised that's an available offer.

We get points for wins no QS. The reason the offer is there is because this guys offense is the almost dead last in every category but he has the best pitching staff probably in the league. But he said no to a one to one trade for lester ha.

If you can get any of those three SPs for Avila you should count yourself fortunate. I wouldn't bother even asking about Lester though.

but id go anderson out of him and latos and i rode latoses breakout 2010 campaign kid still isnt controlling his fastball a 3rd of the way through fantasy baseball 2011 NONE OF THAT

The only one of those 3 I think you could possibly get is Latos, with no chance of getting Lester. However, if the guy is wacked and would actually deal Lester, take him in a second. It would probably end up getting Vetoed!
