I have a pretty good surplus of closers (though the top teams seem to have a good amount). I'm a 14 team H2H league. A guy offered me Either for Leo Nunez and Sizemore. Would you guys go for it? I was trying to get Josh Hamilton from him but he's not biting. Should I stay put or pull the trigger on the trade? Sizemores coming off the DL but no garauntee he can stay healthy...
My team:
C McCann
1b Pujols
2b Kinsler
3b I. Stewart
SS J. Reyes
OF J. Bruce
OF G. Sizemore
OF L. Berkman
DH E. Hosmer
Starting Pitchers:
Jeremy Hellickson
Jered Weaver
Kyle Drabek
Randy Wolf
Francisco Liriano
Michael Pineda
Shaun Marcum
Relief Pitchers:
José Valverde
Sergio Santos
Craig Kimbrel
Leo Núñez
Mark Melancon
DL Brad Lidge

Seems like a good deal to me. Ethier is a clear upgrade in the OF, you have enough relief pitching behind Nunez to take the hit there, and relievers are easier to replace than elite outfielders anyway. I'd pull the trigger.

If you think you can take the hit in saves, I like this deal. Ethier will hit for higher avg., more rbi. The only thing Sizemore brings over Ethier is possible steals. Coming off injury, there is no guarantee he will be running much.
good luck
thanks for help with mine

I am leaning towards accepting because Lidge will be coming off the DL soon and I will have to drop a pitcher anyway.
Carnac, thanks for the input. Did you want help on a thread? You didn't post a link but I'll be glad to give my two cents if you post one.
