Cueto. Bailey may be starting stronger, but Cueto is still the better pitcher.

I really like Cueto. Even though he allowed 3 runs against the Phillies, I think he pitched very well and should have a good season.

I'd go with Bailey here. Aside from Bell and Santos, you have two very questionable closers. I see Bailey as a top ten option at the position when healthy.

Definitely have to go with Andrew Bailey, he will take the closer job right away when he comes back. And he has been pitching well in his rehab assignments.
