Streamer tomorrow - Morrow or Humber? WHIR

Which is the better streaming start tomorrow? Morrow for Toronto at home vs. Humber and the White Sox?

I like Morrow for his strikeout potential but his ERA and WHIP are high and he has not had a real good start all year. Humber has good ERA and WHIP but doesn't bring the strikeout potential. Thoughts?? Thanks!

Definitely Morrow here... I think he should be owned and not simply a stream option as well.

I'm new to fantasy baseball, and I've been confused on the hype behind Morrow? He doesn't get wins, has a high ERA and WHIP and is really only good for strikeouts it seems??

You can't chase wins. Too many things beyond a pitchers control.
Morrow has nasty stuff. Over 12K/9 is nasty.
He has been unlucky with babip and strand rate.
HIs xFIP is 2.97.
