Nick Markakis is a figment of your imagination. He is a good idea but he's about as real as Sidd Finch. In reality there is no way a Greek could ever play baseball. That's as improbable as the Orioles having a good player. So as a purely fictional character it's possible that he could have hit 3 homers in a game.
