I knew Haren had been trade several times in our league thus far (12T mixed roto keeper) so I looked back to see if any of those deals also included Miggy, but that hasn't happened yet. I'll recap the trades including either of those guys as it might help you decide on a viable trade value for each:

Dude your fine, no need to deal away M-Cab. Ur Of is solid and having M-Cab/A-Gone is just straight baller. If anything deal Youk for a solid SP... u don't necessarily need an Ace.

ah well the roster above isnt my roster that was someone else's. my outfield is eh, ok serviceable but i dont have good pitching. my ace of my roster would be gallardo/romero which i dont like romero bc hes pitching in the al east and gallardo cant be trusted and dies hard at the end of the year
