Dan Haren for David Wright

The guy that owns Wright also has Ike Davis, Pablo Sandoval, and Shane Victorino all on the DL so I feel it would be easier to get one of his DL players. The only position I need is 3B but the guy is also stubborn so I will have to give a fair deal. With a plethora of SP in FA pool I thought I would offer someone like Haren.

I give: Dan Haren; and possibly Mark Reynolds
I get: David Wright

Does this look like a good deal for me??? I would then most likely drop Mark Reynolds (or possibly incorporate him in the deal??) and pick up one of Daniel Hudson, Madison Bumgarner, Alexi Ogando, or Anibal Sanchez from the FA pool.

Oh and I also have Roy Halladay, Ricky Nolasco, Jhoulys Chacin, Jeremey Hellickson, Francisco Liriano, and Bud Norris as my SP's so I don't think it would be a HUGE loss.

I would do that deal, especially if I were weak at 3B.

I'd have said no, but that FA pool is loaded. Heck, I'd cut Liriano straight up for Hudson...

I like the deal for you. I don't feel Wright's injury is all that serious, and he should come back and produce just fine.

Assuming you make the deal with Reynolds, I'd grab Hudson for your open roster spot. Even if the deal falls through, I'd make that swap.

Haren is such a good pitcher. Hard to give up...... I already have 3 that feel I should make the deal, I would like to inquire for more opinion.

Just for sake of information, I have Alex Gordon at 3B right now.
