Cano+ others for Roy Halladay WHIR

I need a 2nd basemen and the guy's proposal was Roy Halladay for Robinson Cano. I'm not stupid, I want more because this is an absolute rip off if I get rid of Roy (one of the best strike out pitchers)...

He has Matt Holiday, Chase Utley, Justin Morneau, Ryan Braun, Todd Helton, Shane Victorino on his team..
Relief Pitcher = Francisco Rodriguez (I'm interested in)
Who be added in the deal, when I make a counter offer?

I'll only give up Roy Halladay if the deal is somewhat even... not lopsided.

The guy's proposal is more than fair, it is certainly not an absolute rip-off. Cano is head and shoulders above any 2B, a no doubt top-10 player and arguably top-5. For even the most dominant SPs in year's past, it's hard to argue they are top-10 in any of your standard fantasy baseball leagues.

I'm surprised this was the first thing he offered you. If you can get him to include any of the guys you have listed, it's a steal for you for sure. But even if you can't get him to sweeten the offer, I'd take Cano for Halladay straight up if you need a 2B.

Knowing your current team make-up/league format would help.

If Cano is filling a position of need, then the offer was fair. Add whatever you'd like, but don't eexpect him to say yes. (Then again, Halladay is just THAT consistent. You might be able to milk more out here.)

The offer is more then fair. I think you'd actually be making out on the better end of the deal in terms of overall value, so trying to add someone else is unnecessary and could blow up in your face.

Yeah, I am really confused at your reaction, you should jump all over this trade. When you get a top 10 player for a top 10 player and you really need a 2B, there is no doubt you need this deal, it won't get any better.

I accepted the trade. Cano for Roy Halladay. I was listening to some friends opinions and thats why I didn't know if it was a ripoff or not. My bad.
