CF: Chris Young or Melky Cabrera also, trade potential?

I have Chris Young and Melky Cabrera and I'm looking to trade one.

Which one should I trade? (I want to keep the better one, is Melky the real deal and Chris Young having a early-season slump?)

I was thinking John Axford or Sergio Santos plus either Chris Young or Melky for James Shields, thoughts?

I'm a diehard Royals fan and I think Melky's a legit OF. But, Young's upside is much much higher. If you can find a believer in Melky, trade ASAP. But, Melky's trade value is likely very low and he'll likely have more value on your roster than in a trade. But, good luck.
