You cannot drop him for Arencibia/Guerrier. I could see you dropping him, but it would have to be for a hell of a waiver pickup, not some random crap. I wouldn't do it.

Shop him around. Ask some questions and find out what the other owners value him as (in terms of their teams). Maybe target a 3b (Chipper's gettin on in years) and package up Rios with a Masterson or someone and see what you can get.
Btw, i maintained a first place spot in two leagues with no catcher (posada, and i just benched him thru his early troubles). Empty roster spot. Then i discovered Jonathin Lucroy from Milwaulkee. Comparable with a Ramon Hernandez, and pretty available too.
