5th SP - week 8

In a 14 team H2H league, 28 players per team - kinda deep.

I am torn on my 5th SP spot for this week; it's basically down to between James McDonald (home v. ATL and Mike Minor) and Matt Harrison (home v. KC and Sean O'Sullivan). Which would you start?? McDonald has righted the ship for the most part after a rough start to the season & Harrison has as well after a spotty 2-start stretch two starts ago. Both have done well and both have favorable matchups IMO....I'm about to flip a coin unless someone has a strong opinion/reasoning either way.
