I volunteered to take over a team that someone pretty much gave up on. So I was left with a mess to fix up. I was just offered this trade:
He wants to give me Justin Morneau and Starlin Castro
and I will give up Lance Berkman and Matt Capps
I myself don't think it's a good trade..So I countered with this trade
I will give him Lance Berkman and Matt Capps
and he will give me Carlos Gonzalez...
Does this seem like a good trade?

Is this a keeper league? Would help to see your line up. Either trade seems fair.

Team isn't terrible...... Both trades would help you in a keeper. Need to work on your pitching staff a bit. You could sell high on Peralta, or trade Jeter, and upgrade pitching. There are definitely pieces you could fill with some trading.
