i can get rasmus for 1 of these 3 SPs.... Billingsley Hellickson or Daniel Hudson paired with Frank Fransisco for Colby Rasmus ..which one should i deal

Definitely a fair trade. You're getting value back with Sanchez and you could definitely use Rasmus.
