yea i mean seriously i agree billcents i wanna no the diffrence for miguel cabrerra is per year in ur league i bet they pay 40 to own him vottos prolly pretty cheap but tex as well im sure its not cheap to own him

Right now Cabrera is $41 (kept), Teixeira is $48 (was not kept), and Votto is $30 (kept).

I don't disagree that Pujols is worth $56 because you know what to expect from him and he is the best in the sport, but here is how I look at it.

I have Logan Morrison for $13, Bruce for $14 (traded for him, he was kept last year), Brantley for $2, Leonys Martin for $1...Britton for $3, Chatwood for $2, Morton for $1, and Beachy for $7 as the guys I would probably keep at the moment. Right now, they cost me a total of $43. If I keep them all, they will cost me a total of $75. That is $32 less to play with just between those players, with plenty roster spots to fill in with good players, making it a lot more difficult to justify spending $56 on Pujols when I am already giving up $32 extra just from those other players.

Yeah that type of trade might be better for me because it would give me a legitimate player who I could keep. I haven't really shopped Pujols yet but if I can't get good enough young guys I might just go that route.

I might be able to swing a deal for Hanson (just $16 and definitely a keeper) and Harper (just $8) for Pujols and a young pitcher like Chatwood...as of now I am leaning towards that depending on other offers.
