Trading for Posey and need some advice

It's a 10 team h2h non keeper league that I'm trying to trade for Posey in. I'm pretty stacked on pitching (I think) and wanted to add some more reliability at the catcher position. Do you think making a trade for Posey would be wise? And if so, who would you offer. I offered Alex Gordon and that obviously got shot down so what more do I need to add to get him. I was given a 2/5 stars for the previous offer.

The only thing with your team, is you have no bench and a bunch of injured players. Not really seeing where a 1 for 1 trade for Posey does anything for you.
