I feel like Holliday is a much safer OF option at this point, despite Cargo having a somewhat (more powerful) better May so far. I think Holliday will 'regress' to typical Holliday numbers, while Cargo probably won't reach quite the same level that he was at last year. I suppose I'd factor in your team's current and long-standing needs. Holliday won't provide the same amount of speed, for instance, so you'd have to figure out whether or not that will negatively impact your team as is currently structured.
But yeah, I like the Holliday end here because of track record and current performance.
