Shields for MY Kemp

I play in an 8-team H2H each category league. My offense is putting up great numbers, but my pitching is killing me. Is giving up Matt Kemp in return for James Shields a fair trade?

OF: Kemp, Braun, Granderson

You can easily get a top-notch starter and more for Kemp.

Definitely don't do this. You should get a top 5 pitcher plus for Kemp.
