Trumbo and Lawrie for Cabrera and R. Davis? WHIR

Hey All,
In a 12 team AL only 5x5 roto league. Currently comfortably in 2nd place, but also a decent amt behind 1st place team. My offense is slightly above average but I am first in steals, so I'm looking to boost the O overall.

I have the chance to get Miguel Cabrera $35 and Rajai Davis $10 whos contracts both expire after this season for Trumbo $9 and Lawrie $10 both of whom I have under control through 2013 locked in at that price. Should I do it? Im weary of sacrificing too much of the affordable future, but then again, Cabrera and Davis could help my numbers now. Here is how my offensive squad stands as of right now:

You seriously need help on this? Trumbo has been decent so far, though he's striking out way too much, and Lawire definitely has some potential. But Miguel Cabrera, and I feel like I shouldn't need to actually say this, is one of the best hitters in the game. In an AL only league he's probably the no 2 pick after Bautista.

Obviously player for player its no contest, but what Im hung up on are the future ramifications. Is it worth it to grab a guy like cabrera for 3/4 of the season vs having lawrie and trumbo for cheap until 2013? This is a keeper league if I wasnt clear with the contracts.
