If you didn't have Reyes, it'd be a no-brainer to me. I like Han-Ram much more than Crawford...and prior to the season, I would have definitely taken Hanson over Weaver (and honestly, prolly still would).

So, while it's not a "no-brainer" with Reyes on board (and the best SS in fantasy right now), I'd still do it. Hanley's value as a superstar SS is so much more than any OF. And the SP's, at worse, should be a wash. You've got two OF UTI's and are set to make this deal.

Worst case scenario, you've got unreal trade potential with both those SS's.
