First of all, it seems like you won't need Hardy with Furcal coming back from the DL this week. I don't like Garrett Jones at all so for me the trade would be basically

Morneau/Hanrahan for Hamilton.

Even with the injury risk of Hamilton, I would do the trade.

However, that leaves u with only Krod as your closer. Are there any possible closers available in the fa pool? or are you planning to make another trade to acquire a closer?

I'd do it for sure. I like Jones if you can platoon him (with this lineup maybe he gets ABs when Rasmus or Choo or even Holliday or Hamilton is facing a tough LHP and Jones is facing a RHP). But the real thing you're trading for is Josh.

It will leave you light on saves, so you'll need to scour the waiver (make sure to read the closers thread on baseball other board) for closers and maybe try to package Jones and an SP or something for a mid-low tier solid ratios closer like Axford or even try to take Madson from his owner if he is still sure Lidge will take the closer job when he returns.

dont like this deal. hardy and jones are afterthoughts in a 12 team league so let's ignore them. morneu is showing signs of life and hanrahan is a legitimate closer with no competition. hamilton is not a lock to put up big numbers right away and has always been frail. im not sure id give up a closer for the difference between him and morneau. if you were getting a healthy stud for morneau and hanrahan, that would be a different story. just my 2 cents.
