Better/Worse Than Their Records

I'm in a h2h points league that counts Wins and Losses for SP a little more than I'd like them to, but given that, I'm looking for some SP whose current records either indicate that they are pitching better or worse than they are. Would love to try and see who I could try and get a low look on cause their record is worse than they've pitched, or see who may be being overvalued. As an example...

Brandon McCarthy: 3.39 ERA (3.41 xFIP), 1.23 WHIP, 5.23 K/9, 1 - 4. He's pitched well enough to have a much better record than this, even if Oakland is one of the worse hitting teams in the league. He's got 6 Quality Starts, and just 1 win to show for it, and his peripherals indicate his performance hasn't been driven by luck; he's pitching well and looks to continue to.

Anybody else like this come to mind??

I own both of them...(not sure to put a positive icon because they're due for better luck, or a negative icon because they've had crappy luck)
