Which Pitchers to Pickup (Britton, Cueto, etc.) WHIR!

I'm trying to decide who to pickup for an extra starter in my league. H2H 6 pitching categories (K, ERA, WHIP, SV, W, QS). Here's who's available:

UTIL: Avila
BEN: Hamilton (DL)
DL: Sandoval (DL)

P: Hamels
P: Norris
P: Feliz
P: Jurrjens
P: Ogando
P: Gonzalez
P: Jiminez
P: Beachey
P: Cahill
P: Josh Johnson
P: C.J. Wilson
P: Francisco Liriano

I know most people will say drop Liriano. I actually had him for the no-hitter, dropped him after, and then picked him up after his good showing (granted) against the Mariners. I think he'll get better as the weather does. I'm planning to drop Avila for someone...Hamilton will inherit that UTIL spot by next week, and I can live a man down in the infield until Utley is healthy so I have a better chance to snag a pitcher who I'll want to keep the rest of the way.

Britton is pitching right now and doing very well, as is Kennedy. I was going to choose between then but say Cueto has looked good to start too. Any suggestions on who to pickup and for whom (realize the first one is free since Avila's spot will be open).
