I need an upgrade at SS and 3rd..Who to trade>

I'm in a 12 team keeper league points league. I currently have Jeter and Sandoval/Rolen at 3rd. I have a rotation of Howard/2ndbaseman/OF at my DH spot. I always have two real good players sitting on my bench ex. this week Kendrick and Rasmus. I want to trade to make an upgrade at those 2 positions but who do I trade? The keeper situation gets tricky. Do you guys have any thoughts on how to improve on my team?

Try to shop Quinton (and see what you can get for him). I would also trade one of your 2B. You probably can get more for Phillips, and Kendrick has been great so far.
