Oswalt trade proposal help

I get De La Rosa and Carlos Quentin....he gets Oswalt and Cuddyer

It's a no go for me. DLR is good but Oswalt beats him out fairly easily. Quentin started out hot but he's been in the tank for 2 weeks, while Cuddyer started out slow but is hitting well now and he's Mr. Eligibility. Stick with what you got or upgrade DLR/Quentin.
