Should I be dealing Heyward here?

Points H2H league where we keep 4 players at the end of the season. I am working out a trade that will come out to something like this:

I GET: OF Bruce, SP Hanson
I GIVE: OF Heyward

Heyward is an obvious keeper, but Hanson has been great and he is just 24 years of age - he could also be a keeper after 2011. The other team also owns Hamels, who I feel is even with Hanson (slightly more IP, but slightly higher ERA). Who do you prefer, and should I change the SP?

My team is balanced on paper, but my starting pitching has been a little bit shaky as of late. The offense would take a little hit (Werth becomes my #1 OF), but slotting Hanson into a rotation already featuring the likes of Weaver and Cain will be daunting come September. The trade helps me in 2011.

I'd be fine making that deal. Heyward is great, but I don't think Bruce is a drastic step downwards. Hanson has been a stud since a rough start to the season, and I prefer him slightly to Hamels. If he offered Hamels instead it wouldn't be a deal breaker for me though.

It's a fantastic deal for you. Bruce and Heyward have similar value to be honest. To add a top 20 pitcher makes it a home run for you. Hamels is better than Hanson, so either one works.
