this is not a team that can compete imo against the real teams in the NL.

we never wil be. we can't compete financially with the like of the Phillies, Cubs and Mess. We need to play to win the west every year, thats all. After that its a roll of the dice, even for the best teams in the NL.

thinking about this more ... you realize that after a historically bad start, we are only 5 games out, and we have a wining record against the west.

6mb thats kinda ridiculous, the smallest I could find of Strasburg was a 7
