No way I would do this trade. You're trading low: a first round pick and an absolute ace. Help? http://www.fantasybaseballcafe.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=430923

No thanks, everyone else gave you solid reasons I'll just throw my support behind those. Find a better deal where you don't sell low on Hanley.

Hanley+CC? Yuck. You've got to believe Hanley will get back on track. If not, your team would be screwed anyway since you would basically have no first-round pick.

There are basically four paths I see for you and other Hanley owners:
1. You are screwed if Hanley sucks
2. You are Screwed if you trade Hanley for a player outside the top-12 since you will officially have no first-round talent on your team
3. You are fine if you keep Hanley and he turns things around
4. You are fine if you trade Hanley for a top-12 player.

You would be following path 2 with this trade.
