What is the best source to find out when a postponed game has been reschedule?

And when is it usually announce? after the game? the next day? etc.?

If you download the ESPN app for Iphones they usually post the rescheduled game as soon as the original is cancelled.

If it your favorite team I recommend signing up for their newsletter (I'm sure there's multiple for each team, choose the applicable one). This will keep you on top of most things going on with the organization as well as get you those game reschedule dates. I also follow my favorite team on Twitter which keeps me up-to-the-minute.
