Pitching looks nasty, especially if your scorinig system puts pitchers on equal footing with hitting- many systems seem to favor hitting. 4 potential 20 game winners. This is easily your strength.

OF looks thin, but could end up being great if Griffey rebounds, Gonzo's injury doesn't bother him too much, and Drew plays well. However, all of that seems too much to ask and you may want to shop around a pitcher, because I don't think if Burrell or Dunn will do the job is someone goes down.

I'd also get insurance at SS since Kaz is an unknown commodity. In an 8 team league, there's got to be someone decent on the WW. Berroa or Cintron possibly?

Hitting overall initially looks thin for an 8 team league with your number of roster positions, although I think it could turn out to be fine.
