Ya you can't veto this trade... if the last place team had no chance of making playoffs then i could understand a veto but that can't be the case.So i would let it go.

Exactly. The two parties involved are butt buddies and one has essentially already thrown in the towel at the bottom of our league. He just up and gives Hanely plus SP with real good upside for an already oft injured Hamilton who, imagine that, is already injured along with drew and sorry ass polnaco (OPS League). Didn't even bother to shop around. As a vet, this stinks.
a last place team should not be looking to acquire an injured player IMO - the trade was probably made to look close enough based on current numbers so this is obviously a tough call on your part as commish, but I am taking the Hanley side without having to think much about it...

I don't see anything at all wrong with this deal. We do tons of trades in our league and I guarantee no one in the league would even blink at this one.

i havent seen all the replies, but in my mind HRam and Yo-Yo are both due for an upswing back to the numbers on the backs of their cards and Drew (who i straight up dropped to the ww in one league) is at the numbers on the back of his card and Polanco (who;s in a 2 week slump right now) and Hammy will rebound from their current malaises.
The veto isn't in place to vote down trades you don't like... at the end of the day a lot of factors determine why people do trades (roster needs, player preferences, personal projections, etc.). This 1 is not soo obvious that 1 guy wins and 1 loses. Hanley and Hamilton r both studs and Hamilton will be back prob this week so the injury thing is not that huge of a factor. Maybe this guy likes to gamble. Furthermore Hanley and Gallardo have both severely underachieved soo far so maybe their owner is sick of it... possibly the reason he's in last place. I say the trade should stand, u can't just assume there is collusion just bc they are friends. Take a look at mine please?
