I'd go with Valverde while Mantei is out. Watch what happens with Soriano closely though.

i'm having the same "problem" .. Soriano is my 5th rp and probly the best guy on my roster to drop for Valverde. i wasn't planning on dropping him all year, but the more the think about it - the more it seems like a good idea

While you're at it, throw Marte into the mix too. He's up there with the best setup men, and is on a team with a shaky closer.

I dropped raf soriano for him after a manager released valverde last week.

Mantei can go on the DL from sneezing. Everyday Eddie is accustomed to playing through pain.
