Need help in deep league

This is a 20 team league with 30 man rosters
Start: C, 1B, 2B, SS, 3B, CI, MI, LF, CF, RF, 2 OF, 2 Util, 4 SP, 3 RP, and 4 P

I have two questions

Question 1: I currently have Jeff Keppinger on my roster, and am wondering if you believe he will start in more than 50% of the Astros games when he returns from the DL.

Question 2: I have Kevin Kouzmanoff and Andy LaRoche who are currently platooning at 3B for Oakland. I'm looking for any information on which player is likely to get the most starts for the remainder of the season.
