I am all over this trade if I am you. I am not a Liriano fan and see him having very little value in this trade. Hamilton is a proven commodity the only question is whether he will stay healthy (and hopefully avoid a relapses). Heyward is a young talent but has underperformed and has also been unable to stay healthy. So in this situation I go with the proven commodity every time!

I would do this. Liriano is pretty meh while Hamilton should be a big upgrade over Heyward for this year.

I see it basically being Heyward for Hamilton as Liriano is WW or better. Heyward has the higher upside but Hamilton is solid and consistent. Go with Hamilton
