McCutchen and Feliz for Granderson?(WHIR)

Postby kidsilk » Mon May 16, 2011 4:57 pm

Mixed, H2H league, 8x8 cats, 10 teams, only 19 man rosters( I know that sucks). Currently I am in fourth place. I am really eyeing up Curtis Granderson who is tearing it up and I think he will keep it up all year in that lineup. He really looks like a stud. The owner who has him said he would trade him to me for Andrew McCutchen and Neftali Feliz. Is this a deal I do or am I giving up too much?

My Team:

You would be giving too much.
I think Grandy and McC are approximately equal, overall value, and adding in Feliz makes it a no-win for you.

I'm not so sure that you are giving too much. Feliz is a loss, it would help if you could pick up another RP off the wire if possible. But Grandy is going to have a career year. He could easily go for 35-40 dingers this year and anyone in that Yankee lineup will have plenty of Runs and chances for RBIs. So, if you can pick up another closer off the iwre perhaps, I would probably make the deal. Grandy will outproduce McCutchen, IMO.
