My hitting situation has been causing me some headaches...

Plain 5x5, H2H 12 team league...been moving consistently from 2nd to 4th place since the season started but I can't help like feeling I could be doing much better mostly because of my poor management with the hitters. Team looks like this...

C- Matt Wieters
1b- Justin Morneau
2b- Rickie Weeks
SS- Troy Tulowitski
3b- Jhonny Peralta
OF- Matt Holliday
OF- Chris Young
OF- Jeff Francouer
Util- David Ortiz
Util- Ryan Roberts
B- Travis Hafner
B- Corey Hart

SP- Cliff Lee
SP- Jered Weaver
RP- JJ Putz
RP- Sergio Santos
P- Mark Melancon
P- Max Scherzer
P- Justin Masterson
P- Clay Buchholz
B- Anibal Sanchez
B- Bronson Arroyo
DL- Brandon Lyon

Constantly struggle everyday on who to start out of Francouer, Roberts, Peralta, Hart, and Hafner and I always seem to make the wrong decisions. Francouer has been a consistent starter for me ever since I grabbed him off the FA list early in the season but he seems to be coming back down to earth lately. And it's a real bitch figuring out if Roberts is even going to play since he's been one of my most productive players lately yet I benched him yesterday when he hit that HR. Just picked up Peralta lately since he's been hot and will probably keep him in until he goes cold. I've always liked Hart but he hasn't done much since returning from the DL and Hafner's been a little disappointing despite providing me with some power and RBI's every once in a while. I would ideally like to bench Morneau until he starts actually playing baseball but I obviously don't have any other 1b which really blows. Any thoughts?

what's the FA market for 1b in your league. I wouldn't be playing morn, I've watched most of his at bats, he's not seeing the ball post-concuss.

The FA 1b that standout the most are probably Brett Wallace, Mitch Moreland, Mark Trumbo, Matt LaPorta, Derrek Lee, Luke Scott, Carlos Pena etc.

if your league doesn't count K's, Wallace is an upgrade.
