Trying to get Bautista back

I had him last year but wasn't a beliver he could repeat so I traded him during the off season. His owner is willing to trade him but its going to cost me Teixeria and my first rd pick in the 2012 draft.I would get his 10th rd back. I'm trying to work something out that includes one or the other but hes being tough.
Looking at the value of who I might get assuming I finish 2nd or 3rd this year it looks to be somebody like Cain or Josh Johnson. Bautista would have two more years after this year and Tex would have three more years .
Bautista also only qualifies in the outfield now. We require 20 games. Thoughts ?

Well now the other owner is asking for Utley, Tex and my 1st rd pick for next year for just Baustista. Utley has another year after this year .
He also has Pujlos and wants Tex and my # 1 pick for Albert. Pujlos has one more year after this year. HELP !!!!!!
