Rest Of The Season: S.Rolen or P.Alvarez

I have a possible deal, and one of the parts would be me giving P.Alvarez and getting S.Rolen.

The problem is, I know he could go off and have like 20HRs and RBIs the rest of the way.
As someone who has kept up with him all season, this seems highly unlikely, and even so... does that outmatch Rolen?

One other thing is, the league factors in Ks (Negative Points) and P.A will K around 150 times.
Rolen not so much, and he should have a higher average.

I owned Rolen last year. He won't play everyday, sitting at least one day a week. He'll hit in a good lineup but is an injury risk. How big is your league? Is there anyone else on the WW?

If I had just those two to choose from i would take Rolen. Screw upside . And screw injury risk. Give me the proven player that won't kill my average .
