Chapman was just dropped in my league and im not sure if i should pick him up or not. I gave up on owning closers so I need RP to fill the two spots and i figure if Chapman stays in the Majors he could help me. My league also has a waiver budget so if i should bother picking him up how much would you suggest i bid on him (I have $92 remaining for the season)
