Need help with strategy for my Dynasty team!

I took over an abandoned team last season in a 10 team dynasty. I finished 2nd to last. This year, I'm on the same path. I'm new to Dynasty Leagues and fantasy baseball in general. So, I'm looking for some help on what I should do with my team. Who should I keep, trade, or just cut.
