Help me Trade for Pitching (part two)

Postby V » Fri May 13, 2011 2:14 pm

12 team 5x5 Roto, 3 keepers.

Guy in my league finally responded to a trade offer I made a week ago; he's in 11th place, and will likely want a keeper if he deals top pitching (Longoria is my only no-doubt keeper). He's explicitly stated interest in Chris Perez, Granderson, Youkillis or Longoria.

A week ago, I offered him Longoria+Werth for Lincecum+Lee, but the offer expired without a response.

Any ideas on what type of package I should offer? He'd prefer to deal only 1 SP, but if I can get two of Lincecum/Lee/Kershaw/Cahill by dealing from my strengths, that'd be preferred on my part ;-)

Ok, so I'm targeting 2 of Lincecum/Lee/Kershaw/Cahill and willing to deal up to a 3B, 1 or 2 OFs, and an RP (C.Perez is his target).

What could I reasonably expect to get for Youkilis+Werth+Perez?

Probably something along the lines of Lincecum and Cahill or possibly Kershaw

TL/CK for KY/CG/CP

i think that would be the way to go

It depends on what the other guy is thinking. If he is prudent he will only give you Cahill and Kershaw for that package. If you want Timmy and Lee you are going to have to offer Longo along with an added piece. I would offer Longo for Timmy and Kershaw. I think that would be a win for you and a nice pitching addition to your team.

please help
