Looks like you should be searching the FA's for 1B and SP. I like the idea of backing Pedroia up with another good 2B but it seems like a waste to have 2 top players at a softer offensive production position. I would be testing the market for Pedroia and maybe dangling a couple OF out to see if there are any bites. It looks like you picked up a team with potential imo.

Not bad....but probably need a bit of work.

You have 2 top 2b's, which is probably a waste of value. I think you would be much better off trading one of them rather than holding onto both. I rate both pedroia and phillips as top-5 2b's....so I would trade away whichever one gets you the most in return.

I think you can also afford to part with one of your closers. The guys you have that you can spare aren't particularly valuable on their own.....but you can probably package one of those closers with one of your 2b's to sweeten the deal.

Your target should be a SP. Anderson and Nolasco are decdent, but they are really #2 or #3 fantasy sp's. When you don't have a true ace pitcher, you need to load up on as many #2/#3 sp's as possible. And Phillips or Pedroia plus a closer should be enough to get you another solid SP.

I have to disagree with the previous poster that you need to search out a 1B. I understand that Morneau has some question marks, but I think you have to just hold your breath and hope he works out. Of course, if there are any legit 1B options that become availabel on the waiver wire, you should definitely grab them. But it would be very difficult (and costly) to try and upgrade your 1b situation through trades. Nobody will part with a top-10 1b without receiving a king's ransom in return....the top 1b's are the elite fantasy players. And the 1b that are attainable (Butler, Kendrick, Gabby Sanchez etc) are far from guaranteed to out-perform Morneau.

Scour the waiver wire for depth at 1b.....but use your trade-bait to get a starting pitcher.

Overall, decent team, though....with a little hard work you might be able to make a run at the top-3 in your league. Godd luck!

help with mine?

well I just traded Storen and Frank Francisco for Scherzer and De La Rosa. Who should I target for Pedroia/Phillips?
