Wallace or Trumbo? WHIR

Postby sigriffey » Fri May 13, 2011 12:07 pm

Wallace is on the bubble...
Am I better off grabbing Trumbo or hanging onto Wallace? or do I grab Raul Ibanez or Kelly Johnson?

I'd lean towards keeping Wallace based on the fact that he'll probably be a lot more consistent week-in and week-out. I'd say .300-15-75 is a reasonable projection for Wallace. Trumbo has more HR upside but his lack of plate discipline should lead him to being a streaky hitter finishing with a .250-20-80 projection.
