Should I deal Weaver for Hanley Ramirez?? My thinking here is with Hanley turning it around my hitting would be very strong and I think I can afford losing Weaver because good pitching is plentiful.

In addition to your logic, Hanley can produce in more categories than Weaver can.
Definitely grab Hanley if you can.

I disagree!
Weaver is the man. I like the idea of picking up Hanley on a low, but not for the current #1 pitcher in the league. Weaver is a strikeout king. I would find an alternative route to Hanley, and there should be plenty to him.
