When can I expect Desmond Jennings to be called up?

Most people would have said last year so it's really just speculative guesswork. It's possible that the Rays are simply waiting for the super 2 deadline (an unknown date btw) or maybe they keep him down longer.

I've read on another site that by leaving him down in AAA past this Friday or Saturday, the Rays prevent him from accruing another year of service time because he was up for a while last year. If they want to delay him past Super-2 status, they can't bring him up until mid-July. So basically, now is a good time to grab him. And if it looks next week like they're still leaving him down, then drop him again.
