I would do it. Reynolds looks really lost, and even if the power shows, i expect a .220 BA at best.
Melancon faces little comp for job.

I'd wait. Reynold's power/speed upside is amazing. Melancon was a FA a few seconds ago. There will be another Melancon come along soon enough and you're RP's are OK. Reynold's might be done...who know?...but, again, that upside is worth waiting a little longer for unless something better than Melancon comes along.
