Drop Anyone to Grab Jordan Zimmermann? WHIR

Ok update:

I face this decision... Which is grossly over thought but what can u do..... OK, do i drop Dempster now and grab Zimmermann. or,

Do I set an alarm for like 2am pacific time, at which point I will known if a trade I made has processed. That trade is my Granderson, Hosmer and Alexei Ramirez for Prince Fielder and Brett Wallace. The trade would leave me an extra roster spot so I would not have to drop anyone to add Zimmermann. The concern is that these proactive managers will see Z's 11 ks today or rotoworld and grab him.

What would u do? It's 10:30pm pacific time now, so do I wait it out and try the 2am clean add? Or drop Dempster now to be certain?

I love Fielder, but that is a lot to give up.
If you really want JZ, i would just grab him now for Dempster.

Yeah it was a ton to give up for Fielder. But I did it because my last trade for him got vetoed:

In that deal, I would have given up Granderson, Desmond, Wandy and Danks and I would have received Fielder, Pineda, Crisp and Lohse.

The veto was total bs, but the league has some spiteful owners because I have won the league 5 years in a row. So as a result, I sort of have to overpay if I want big name guys. The guy with Prince loves young players who start off hot, and he later gets really cold on them if they cool off. So I figured since we only keep 6 players anyway, Hosmer would be a tough but necessary piece to move if I wanted to get the proven stud in Prince.

Oh, another scenario: drop Dempster now for Zimermann and grab Kelly Johnson as a FA with my extra roster spot in the morning.
