Help me form trade offer involving my Fielder for his Weeks

I think I need MI. Owner of weeks says he's not interested in OF, but is interested in CI. 12 x 12 14 team mixed keeper auction 25 man roster. My pitching is horrible but streaming has won me enough categories that I'm not totally flipping out yet.

I'm thinking I take the hit on Fielder and hope that Hosmer can cover some of that lost production. I have a ton of OF, so I'll shove one into UT. For Fielder, I would want Weeks in return plus a pitcher, since hitting is so coveted in this league. Any thoughts? Any help is greatly appreciated.
