Hosmer, Sanchez or Smoak

Postby wrightinflight » Thu May 12, 2011 1:15 pm

All three of these 1B's are free agents and I have an open spot on my team. Which player is best for the rest of the year? My league is a redraft so Hosmer is not the obvious answer. For what it's worth Beltran is the only other player I am considering. Standard 5X5, H2H, 10 team. Leave a link! ;-D

I'd say Sanchez, easily.
I bet he'll outdo the other 2 in nearly every category the rest of the season. I

Yeah... I'd have to agree that you need to go with Gaby given those options. Any one of them could be good, but there is no need to speculate beyond seeing that Sanchez is proving his value while the others are mostly just potential.
thanks for the help with mine.

x out hosmer then guess on the other 2 i say gabby gets the slight lead because his offense as a whole is better but i think smoak is the best pure player he just needs more time to prove it and get the plate apperances
