I think that is a good deal. I wasn't sold on Cargo before the season so I don't really see him suddenly tearing things up. You upgrade at C, get another solid arm and you have OF depth. Looks good to me.

I'd actually rather have the Cargo/Melancon side. Its very very close though. I see Melancon holding down the closer spot for Houston all year, and actually being a very solid option overall. VicMart is starting to wear down and hit the DL more and more frequently, so his health has to be a factor. Weaver has been a stud, but the chances of him keeping it up the whole year are slim (he's had a couple of poor starts in a row after having a start scratched too, just something to keep an eye on). If he ends the year with ratios of 2.89/1.15 (which looks great on paper) that would mean he pitched to something like a 3.7/1.35 line for the rest of the year, which wont help you out. Gotta stay with Cargo a little longer, have some faith in your first round pick!
